This colony (apartments & duplex houses with lot of greenery) is built by Airforce Naval Housing Board for the Defence People. As it did not receive many applications from defence personnel, Civilians were also allowed in the first phase of the colony. Now this colony hosts both defence personnel as well as civilians. Though one of the old colonies in the Kukatpally area (13+ years), the properties in this colony are appreciating at much higher pace due to its unique greenery and decency.
