De La Salle Araneta University, also referred to by its acronym DLSAU, is a private Catholic Lasallian co-educational basic and higher education institution supervised by the Philippine District of the De La Salle Brothers in Malabon, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was established in 1946 in Bulacan and named Araneta Institute of Agriculture. It was then transferred to the city of Malabon the year after. In 1978 it was renamed the Gregorio Araneta University Foundation. Integration of the university with the DLS System started in 1987 until 2002 when it officially became a member of the system. It is the fifth university in the De La Salle schools network. The university specializes in Veterinary Medicine and Agricultural Sciences. It is a member of De La Salle Philippines, a network of Lasallian educational institutions within the Lasallian East Asia District.

  • This is were I graduated from college BS Agriculture Major in Animal Husbandry and back in 1981 it was Gregorio Araneta University Foundation. In 1951 my father graduated also from this school but then it was Araneta Institute of Agriculture (Malabon Rizal)
  • It was Araneta University when I graduated in 1962. I have BS Agriculture, Major in Soil Science ( cum laude ). It was Araneta Institute of Agriculture when I started.
  • patricia empleo-prado I graduated at the Gregorio Araneta University Foundation (GAUF) in 1982, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education, under the 4th Batch Cocofed Scholarship Grant (1978-1982). I am presently teaching Grade Five in Plaridel Central School, District of Plaridel (Siain)) Quezon Province. I am proud I belong to GAUF Batch 1982 graduates. To God Be The Glory!

Completed my 25 years of employment with the United Sates Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection and Quarantine. Long Live Aranetans!
