At the confluence of Yi'ong Zangbo and Yarlung Zangbo ends the Tsangpo gorge with a loss in height of 1359m from the beginning. Beyond the gorge begins the promised land Pemakö, one of 16 earthly paradises, free of worry, the ultimate hidden heaven.
