516-foot, 37-story office tower built in 2002. Designed by Kohn, Pedersen & Fox - along with the neighboring 333 Wacker and 225 West Wacker buildings.

In 1829, Chicago's first hotel, the Sauganash, was constructed on this site. In 1833, it hosted the first meeting of the newly elected Chicago Board of Trustees. In 1860, the Wigwam, an assembly hall was constructed to house the Republican convention at which Abraham Lincoln was named as the party's presidential candidate.

A plaque in front of the building notes the earlier structures on this site.
