5-story residential building completed sometime in the late 1800s, at the same time as the matching facade of No. 633 next door. No. 635 is clad in white-painted brick above a modernized metal-and-glass storefront surrounded by dark wood paneling, with the entrance to the upper floors on the right. The upper floors have four bays of windows with bracketed sills, and cornices with arched bottoms and seashells at the center of the top edges. The facade is crowned by the original metal roof cornice with large console brackets, which is shorter than the newer cornice on the sister building to the south. The ground floor is occupied by Bocca di Bacco Theater District restaurant.
