  MK Vidya Niketan,Kanvaghati is a senior secondary CBSE residential english medium school established in 1992 by Late Pt.Pujya Shri D.P.Kothari ji and is now managed by Shri P.C.Kothari ji.The school is the first and only privately owned CBSE school in the city and helps 125 financially week children get educated free of cost.According to the principal of the institution Smt.Sindhu Kothari ji ,around 1200 students from far and near study at the school.   This is the best institute in the Kotdwar Legislative Assembly as the child is brought up in the Holistic way.........very soon the school will be the best in Uttaranchal. As you all know the hard work pays and it does for sure. Smt. Sindhu Kothari ji ,the principal of the institution got awarded by Baluni Classes Dehradun for her glorious work in the rural area in the presence of Hon'ble CM Shri R P Nishank and Hon'ble Minister Shri Prakash Pant at Dehradun this year.
