  • "I passed by this building tonight (6th September 2006) and discovered that the entire building is surrounded by (and, on the face of it, pinned together by) heavy-duty scaffolding (serious, cast-iron struts). Looks very much like somebody screwed up when they were doing the conversion!" Eh that's kind of deliberate - look up "facade retention" - nothing screwed up, nothing to see here move along
