Caught fire in May 2007. Fire started at the bakery cieling, The blaze had completely destroyed a bakery, a pizzeria, a Chinese restaurant and a dental office, and heavily damaged several other stores.

Aljon's pizza is best in Plainsboro. No more Carvel or Curves as originally stated. The bagels are good but I wouldn't say the best in Central NJ. They're the best in our town though.
