A commuter Park and Ride lot and parking for the adjacent high school. There are 388 commuter spaces. This is a concrete structure built over Interstate 66 between Stafford Street and Quincy Street with two levels of parking. The top level has basketball courts. Access is from 15th Street North and from Washington-Lee. It was built in the early 1980s to replace parking lost by the construction of Interstate 66.

From April to November it is the location of the Arlington Civitan Open Air Market, Arlington's biggest flea market.
