bhairahawa lumbini underground water project

the old tube well, which was used some times to irrigate the land around there is now useless, it is now not being used, there is no thing just the structure, i had seen it working when i was may b 8 years old then after the project was cancel, i dont know the reason but it was the carelessness of the villagers
