Neddillapay is the centre of Kondavil which is closer to Kondavil railway station. Railway track runs North-South beside Navaratnarajah Road. East end has a small town and Palaly road runs North-South. West end has no town, but a temple and KKS (Kankesanthurai) Road runs North-South. Distance between East and West end is approx. 5 km. North end has Karaikal temple and South end has Nanthavil Amman kovilady.
