  • Nice place, very quite and private.
  • We stayed at Cheradel a few times, a three star suites with a hot shower and fully airconditioned, a small pool and a restaurant. The place is dotted with orchid plants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
  • We just stayed there for 12 days, they put us in a different room than we had reserved (same price) small room nice view. Problems with water (none). Moved to reserved room 1st floor no hot water 1st day no cold water 2nd day. This room was slightly larger, nice patio. All rooms need updating ie needs paint, linens are worn, missing light bulb in first room. Staff is fairly helpful and friendly. At check out they tried to charge me p295. for missing items from the first room we stayed in, we didn't use anything from the ref, for the price I expected more than I received, they have also discontinued the free breakfast due to costs. I am not a complainer I am the Owner of a Travel Agency and have visited place around the world and have written many reports and referrals for hotels and resorts. I have stayed at two other places in Iligan prior to this, I will say it is better in most ways than the other two but surely does not come close to the write up on their site. Room for improvement
