Deptt. of Civil Engg and Library

hi,this is civil engg. Deptt. known for its quality of education imparting to its students.there is structural engg.section,which is a section which can produce good strruc. engineers.But the sorry part of this very section is that no teacher wants to take any responsibility towards students.everybody wants to grind his own axe,running their parallel consultancy.almost there r 10 members in this section ,but hardly u will get any on available to teach structures(as i have felt).
The civil engg. deptt. has no exposure to softwares.Today is the boom of infrastructure developement,but the sad part is that,there is no transportation expert and no transportation section.
teachers are capable ,but not particular towars their duty(as i am experencing now here in iit mumbai, where teachers take their duty as worship).
the condition of other sections is worse.there is no deppt.'al computer lab. etc.....
