This building houses a fresh fruit stall, a small grocery store (Fish-Hook) and a store owned by a Chinese national that sells clothing and other products made in China.

The fruit stall is popular for being an importer of fruit not grown in the country such as kiwi, but prices for the fruits whether local of imported are drastically higher than those that can be found just opposite in Bourda Market and from the stalls and vendors that litter the street between GuyNaz and Bourda Market.
