  doungi is a beautiful village surrounded by mountains on either sides and river poonch ....beautiful for summer retreat

  it is beautiful place to live there ,the peoples are also beautiful ,and very kind,and pleasant,at spring time the fields are coverd with wheat,and other vegetation,the cool morning air make you feel fresh and nice,i wish if can can have apiece of land there and make my house there,i drove through this village in march 1998,the whole kashmir is beautiful but doongy is special
