Shah Faisal Town is defined by physical features. On the west & north, it is flanked by Faisal Cantonment, and further by Shahra-e-Faisal on the north east. On the south it is bordered by the Malir River. All Union Councils have been demarked keeping in view the existing Colonies/Goths in perspective and attempting to include the whole of a Colony/Goth in one Union Council. The relatively smaller size of the Town in necessitated by the physical contours defining its shape.
