St. Thomas Church Nadukany (Telephone number= 04852570148)was established in the year 1937. At present there are 1897 Catholics. There is a convent of the CMC siters at Nadukany. There are two schools under the Church management: 1. St. Thomas LPS and 2. St. Thomas UPS. There are several preists and nuns from Nadukany and a Bishop (Thomas Pulloppillil) in the diocese of Bongaigon in Assam. The First Priest from Nadukany Fr. Mathew Veliappillil died a few years ago in comparitively young age.
