The Acty Shiodome is a 190 m (624 ft) apartment building in Tokyo, operated by Urban Renaissance Agency and Sumitomo Realty & Development. There are 56 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground. It is nicknamed "La Tour Shiodome", which is actually the name of the private luxury units. There are 683 rental units on floors 3-44 and 85 private luxury units on floors 45-56, for a total of 768 units. The first two floors have shops, a supermarket, a day care centre, and medical clinics. Its floor area is 69,560 sq m (748,743 sq ft). Acty Shiodome was constructed from April 2000 until February 2004.
