The two-story eclectic private residence (Nikitsky Big, 41) is located in the middle of a courtyard behind a fencing with symmetrically located entrance gates testifying to the fact that a site composition occurred in the classicism period (1802; after 1812; 1876, architect A. S. Kaminsky).
Volume-spatial design of the building is typical for the second half of the 19th century. Post 1812 fire the attic was rebuilt. The flat facade located in the center acts only entrance vestibule. It was extended to the second floor in 1970.
Style of the decor is characteristic of Moscow Baroque-Classical eclecticism.
