Nabi Dang

The village Nabi is on the trekking route to the Adi Kailash mountain. It is a village which was established atleast 200 years ago. The people in the village live in beautiful (double storeyed) houses constructed centuries back (some of them date back to the late eighteenth century). The main occupation of the villagers now is agriculture. However, in the earlier times, the people of this village were engaged in the trade betweem PITHORAGARH (INDIA) and TAKLAKOT (TIBET)
