ExCeL London is a large purpose-built exhibition and conference centre at the Royal Docks area of London's redeveloped Docklands in the London Borough of Newham. The centre opened in November 2000, having cost £500,000,000 to build, and its name is formed from the words Exhibition, Centre, and London. A £164,000,000 expansion, which includes an International Conference Centre, was built from 2008 to 2010.

ExCeL London has a total floor area of 100,000 sq m (1,076,000 sq ft). There are two column-free subdividable halls of 479,493 sq m (44,546 sq m) each on either side of a central boulevard containing catering facilities and information points. 45 function rooms are at the north and south sides of the building. The Platinum Suite is above the western end of the central boulevard. The International Conference Centre includes Capital Hall, the Capital Suite, which is divided into 17 meeting rooms, and the ICC Auditorium, which has a seating capacity of 5,000.

Events hosted at ExCeL London include the April 2009 G20 Summit, the London MCM Expo (held every May and October since 2002), the boxing, fencing, judo, table tennis, taekwondo, weightlifting, and wrestling events of the 2012 Summer Olympics, and the boccia, judo, powerlifting, table tennis, volleyball, and wheelchair fencing events of the 2012 Summer Paralympics.

On 24 March, 2020, it was announced that ExCeL London would be the location of a new temporary hospital in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The hospital is named NHS Nightingale consists of two wards and can hold up to 4,000 patients.
