This strip-mall may be a junkyard now, but the Beverage House is the best damn place to get cheap, quality soda and beer (no liquor when I lived there). Open since 1990 and still active in multiple yellow pages. It is the Costco / Sam's Club of Soda and Beer, and there are no annual dues for shopping priviliges.
