№ 4/2 (under the general plan; on the house number 6) — a two-story private residence of a 19th century, currently in ruins. It is all that remains from an extensive complex of the first Einem chocolate factory.

On other versions describe this as Malyuty Skuratov's house (presumably) and the start of an underground passage to the Kremlin.

  • First version is right. The house, built after Einems death, was connected to the house, where first Einem himself lived with his wife, and after his death there lived his partner in business Julius Heuss with his big family.
