A green reserve founded by the Guru Ram Rai, which serves as a public garden for the people of Dehradun. It is situated alongside the National Highway 72A, near to Saharanpur Chowk, and at the corner of an old Ice-Factory & Mahadev Singh Road. It stretches as much as two city blocks in width and four city blocks in length.

This reserve has mainly eucalyptus trees, guava trees, lychee trees, etc. There are guard-quarters scattered throughout and a small gymnasium cum wrestling arena on the north end.

It is a playground for many local cricket enthusiasts, a park full of fresh morning mist for joggers, a bunking ground for many nearby school children, a secluded place for many lovers, and also the safe home for many medicinal trees.
