U.S. Coast Guard Recruit Training Camp

Coast Guard station Cape May is a unique station in that it is the only station to also house recruit training, or more popularly known as 'boot camp' for future US Coast Guard enlistees. Home to the Coast Guard Cutter Mako, Finback, Ibis, Vigorous, and Dependable, this station's AOR (Area of responsibility) reaches from Sandy Point down to Maryland and Ocean City.
