This was originally the Albertsons distribution center and offices (for the Dallas-Fort Worth division) and went along with Albertsons LLC when the company was broken up. In 2007, Albertsons LLC sold the distribution center portion (7550) to Associated Wholesale Grocers in 2007, which continued to supply the Albertsons stores in the Dallas (later becoming the South) division for several years afterwards. In fall 2017, AWG moved out of the complex, with Albertsons leaving around the same time.
