This is a layout sold in 1980 to 1985 with survey no 406/x by Advocate Pannai Paramasivam.Some of the people got patta and others are not.Those plot doesn't have patta yet are re-registered and sold by the same advocate to other people with the influence of VO and political parties.
So the owners please build compound wall immediately to safeguard your plots.Lot of plots are still in issue with the person.
