Welcome to the Evergreen Branch Library, which has served the southeast area of San José since 1976. The current expanded facility, constructed under the Branch Library Development Program, opened in 2006. The library provides educational resources and recreational opportunities serving the needs and interests of a culturally diverse community, including health and wellness classes, citizenship classes, and other programs. Free WiFi and Internet access is available during library hours. The Evergreen Branch Library has one of the largest East Indian languages collections in the system. Refreshments may be purchased at the on-site café. Evergreen Branch is 2.5 miles southeast of Eastridge Mall. The cross streets to the library are Aborn Road and Kettman Road.
