Twenty four storey, 284,170 sq. ft.,office tower completed in 1981 as part of the Pacfic Centre development. The 100 m tower was designed by McCarter Nairne Partners. The tower was originally planned to be the 38-floor home to BC Tel (now Telus), but after BC Tel chose to build the Brian Canfield Centre instead, the height of the tower was reduced.
