  • I AM VERY DISSATISFIED BY THE STANDARED CHATTERED BANK OFFICIAL AT 111 TALWAR BRANCH AND THE BRANCH WHICH MOVED FROM SHERATON HOTEL APPOSITE TO PIDC BUILDING,.IWAS IN PAKISTAN 2008 WHERE I INVESTED 400000(4LAC)RUPEES, THERE WAS MR AZFER HUDA AND MR FARHAN ON STADERED CHARTERD ,SHRATON BRANCH ,FARHAN WAS DEALING WITH INSURANCE . HE DID NOT EXPLAIN THE TERMS AND CONDITION THOUGH I HAVE SINGED THE PAPER. IWAS NOT GIVEN ANY INFORMATION THAT I HAVE TO PAY 4 LAC RUPEES EVERY YEAR PREMIUM AND THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME AFTER ONE YEAR LAPS , I WAS IN SAUDI ARABIA WHERE MAIL SYSTEM IS NOT UP TO STANDARED, SO I DID NOT GET ANY INFORMATION EITHER FROM STANDERED CHATERED BANK OR NEW JUBLI LIFE INSURANCE THAT MY MONEY WILL LAPSED COMPLETELY, I MET ONE LADY AT STANDERED CHAT. BANK AT 111 TALWAR BRANCH SHE TOOK MY NUMBER AND SHE SAID YOU HAVE LEFT OVER 52000 RUPEES IN THIS ACCOUNT THEN ONE LADY NAMED SADAF CAME WHO WAS SENIOR TO HER,SHE SAID , NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT , ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED, I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME IN WRITING ,THAT ON SUCH DATE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED AND NO MONEY LEFT , THEY SAID YOU CAN GET IT FRON HEAD OFFICE I I CHUNDRI GARH ROAD, WHERE ONE GENTLE MAN SAID , HE WILL SEND IT ON MY E MAIL. I WAS RUNNING BANK TO BANK OF STANDERED CHATTERD AND NEW JUBLI LIFE INSURANCE , BUT WITHOUT ANY BENEFI , IWOULD LIKE YOU BEEING SENIOR MANAGER TO FIND OUT MY CASE AND LET ME KNOW THE FINDIG , I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CHEATED AND PEOPLE IS NOT HELPFUL.
