Welcome to Yverdon-les-Bains, the second largest town in the Vaud Canton! Yverdon-les-Bains is the capital of Nord vaudois (Northern part of Vaud Canton), and is the southern gate of the Three Lakes Country in Western Switzerland. Yverdon-les-Bains is ideally centered, at the main A1 and A5 highways and trains hubs of Switzerland and Europe, in the heart of Suisse romande (Western Switzerland). Today Yverdon-les-Bains has a population of 25000 inhabitants, in a fast growing industrial, research and business environment, at only 60 minutes from Geneva Intercontinental Airport. It is also well known for its thermal facilities, well known in Switzerland and abroad.
