  • I am Arun Rao and was born at Jhinkapani in 1946. I was thee till 1960 and then shifted to Delhi for studies. My father Shri L.KRISHNA RAO was working at the cement factory as Mech Engr. H ethen shifted to Khalari nar Ranchi. i am in my seventees and still remember JSQ Quarters which was alloted to my father.
