A Little History:
Previously this site was home to a 32 room motel known as the Eastham Ocean View Motel (Eastham Inn in its later years). In 2005 the motel was closed down to make plans for the building to be converted into condominiums. After 2 years of negotiations with Eastham and other affiliates it was decided not to rehabilitate this building but instead to raze it and start with brand new construction. In May 2007 construction began on what is now Alexander Place Luxury Condominiums.
