Yugo-Kamsky — rural locality (a settlement) and the administrative center of Yugo-Kamskoye Rural Settlement, Permsky District, Perm Krai, Russia (in 1929—2008 — settlement of city type), in 50 km to the southwest from Perm. The population was 8,019 as of 2010.

The South, inflow of Kama is located on small river. Settlement Jugo Kamsky — the center of city settlement which is a part of the Perm area of the Perm edge.


History
On this place in 1746 Stroganovy have constructed To melt copper factory. Later martin and svarochno-rolling business here began to develop.

The status of settlement of city type — since February, 25th, 1929.

In Soviet period the old factory has been converted, expanded. In settlement there were many new houses, social establishments.

Economy

The basic enterprise of settlement — Jugo-Kamsky machine-building factory of Lepse (it is based in 1746). Now the Jugo-Kamsky factory lets out heavy trucks ТГ-40 and ТГ-60, spare parts to the oil equipment and other production.
