Working Farm, growing salad crop, with three caravans for holiday letting. Abundant wild life, red squirrels frequent the area. Very quiet and pastoral area, close to main roads and near to Freshwater and Totland shopping. A short walk to the nearby bus stop and is adjacent to a large nature reserve on the Yar Estuary. The western Isle of Wight is beautifully undeveloped countryside, largely under agriculture, with some downland and natural coastal countryside. There are spectacular sea views over the Channel and Solent. The famous Needles Rocks and Lighthouse are a couple of miles away.
