The first Outlet Center in Bulgaria is located on two stores, covers a total area of 12 600 sq. m. and includes 120 parking places. The center is housed in the completely renewed building of the old Sofia "Korekom".

The first level of the building enfolds the shopping areas, and a modern cafeteria.
On the second floor, covering some 3500 sq. m lays the Fun City – the entertainment area, including 15 bowling lanes, gaming machines, darts, video games, a children playground and a restaurant.
The biggest store in the center - about 1 000 sq. m., is leased out to the Italian outlet trader CruppoFiori, representing 15 international brands, including Carpisa, Ferrone, Onix, Talco, Shake, Valentino bags, RoccoBarocco, Bon Bon, Oxer, David Mayer, Guts, Brooks.
Amongst the other traded brands in the center are Adidas, Playlife, Replay, Rifle, Hot Spot, Toi&Moi, Gola, Camper, etc.
