Not The Blood of Kashmiri's Not At all.....This dam is for the Power and irrigation project of Pakistan.As a reward the Mangla Dam Effecties were given UK nationalities..Copmare urself with Indian Occupied Kashmir,Which IOK has given Nationalites in UK,
