The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton is a luxury residential skyscraper in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The 48-storey building has a height of 518 ft (158 m). It was built of the former site of One Meridian Plaza, which was damaged by a fire in 1991 and was dismantled in 1999. The building was constructed from June 2006 to January 2009 at a cost of $285,000,000. It was designed by Handel Architects and developed by the Arden Group.

The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, being designed in the postmodern style, has a blue curtain wall facade and the east side is pointed to allow views of the City Hall. The building contains 270 condominiums and penthouses. Its amenities include hotel services, a fitness club, and a 60ft (18 m) lap pool. The lobby features a restaurant named 10 Arts. Between The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is Gerard Park, which is split into a seated garden for residents and a public garden facing the street. on October 21, 2009, a memorial to the three victime of the One Meridian Plaza fire was unveiled, which is located by the building's entrance and contains the firefighters' names in plaques.
