The Laperal White House is an old vacation house founded and built in 1924 and owned by the Laperal clan, headed by Don Roberto Laperal. The house is infamously known for being notoriously haunted and is one of the haunted attractions located in Baguio City. The house underwent major renovations and refurbishments throughout the years to maintain and keep its original design and facade. The house was recently renovated once again as it was acquired by business tycoon Lucio Tan to house a restaurant named Joseph's, co-owned by Joseph Raymond Sembrano, brother of veteran TV broadcaster and journalist, Bernadette Sembrano.
