Venustiano Carranza borough is in the central-eastern Mexico City. Adjacent to the north with Cuauhtemoc and Gustavo A. Madero boroughs and the State of Mexico, the east with Iztacalco borough and the State of Mexico. The maximum elevation of this entity is represented by the Cerro Penon de los Banos, with a height of 2290 m. Also holds the Mexico City International Airport
