This is the location of the Boryeong mudfest! The biggest craziest party in all of Korea! If you don't know then you need to find out. The festival is held annually from July 12th through the 20th. The festival has many events including mud wrestling, mud races, mud slides, concerts and many other things. It's a celebration of the theraputic mud found in the area that is widely used in cosmetics. The mud contains many natural minerals that are good for the skin. If you only go to one event while you are in Korea this should be it! Always a good time!
