This is Sector 3 of Salt Lake City in Calcutta. It is the most recently developed sector of all the residential area sectors of Saltlake (namely Sector 1 and Sector 2). The Saltlake Stadium and the Hyatt Regency of Kolkata happen to be in this sector.
