The North Property is an industrial area just north of the Magic Kingdom and home to the Walt Disney World production center. It is dominated by several warehouses and workshops and offices. It is were the attractions, shows, and other Disney-created things are produced and maintained for All of Walt Disney World. The steam trains and monorails are maintained and stored here. To the South West is an electric power plant. To the extreme South East is the boat yard, dry dock, maintenance area for all WDW watercraft and transportation vessels for Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon including the Ferryboats. The North portion also houses some of the backstage areas for the Magic Kingdom such as the employee parking lot, costuming and daycare.
