Official Residence of the Leader of the Opposition.
Stornoway has been the home of the Leader of the Opposition since 1950 and has been managed by the National Capital Commission since 1986. Perhaps the most famous chapter in the house's history was 1941-45, when it served as the refuge of Dutch Princess Juliana's family while in exile during World War II.
