  • We used to visit a great priest here from Calbayog City... This is a good place for solitude and recollection.
  • The seminarians here are handsome and so hot!
  • hmmp... i just hope, the formators now are good unlike when I was there... waaahhh.. i love my formators naman but siyempre, all people have their shortcomings... waaa,di naman ako galit, konti lang.
  • to be part of the camillian family is indeed a great opportunity... however i just hope their formators are considerate enough with their seminarians dnt kick them out without considering the views of other formators... take for instance the case of a very diligent seminary who was a close friend of mine he was ctreative and intelligent yet due to a mistake one of the formators ruin his future he kick him out.... and the worst is they did not give them the chance to pursue and finish his studies at SCCS... i know what he did was wrong yet i suppose he needs to be given equal opportunity to finish his studies the same as with those of others.... his vocation is still strong as of this moment i shud know coz we oftenly communicate with each other... the problem with most of the formator is that they always have their favorites.... i dnt know what is happening the camillian charism is very relevant to the needs of the society a unique and challenging charism that has been received by those chosen people yet taken forgranted due to the formators incapability to lead... i suggest that it will be better that the seminarian wud have a formator who knows how to listen.... sumbody who is well equipped and matured.... please consider becoz this is what really happening inside the seminary
  • i just want to add something to what ex seminarian noted... just want to challenge the provincial council... if you really want to have holy and good seminarians, make it sure that formators you assign in the college seminary are also effective, role models and holy... don't expect to have good seminarians if you are assigning priest-formators who are not good and effective as well... yes indeed priests have their own weaknesses but these should not be a hindrance to be effective in their ministry...
  • i too am an ex seminarian. you should have challenged your formator/s in the right venue at the time when you've been there. life is a game bro. you either play or quit. in our case we've done the later. we just need to count our blessings and stop the ranting. you'd later find out that to have been there and to have been out later in more than a blessing than to become a priest. j e t h e r n a n d e z @ y a h o o.com
  • i just want to express my gratitude to the teachers of SCCS, they are the best teachers. About Diosa's statement, she is crazy of giving such a devilish comment. Fall your ownself into hell.
  • kmusta naman mga pare ko dyan...
  • Have a blessed day to all of us! One thing I have learned while inside the seminary, I've learned to trust in the Lord all the time. Inspite of my weaknesses, failures, and unattainable goals. Still God is in control. I left the seminary with a joyful heart because God uses me even I did not make it to become a priest. To all the seminarians, priests and workers: Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him , and he shall direct thy path...Proverbs 3:5-6 May the Lord bless us!
  • hey jethernandez@yahoo.com... if only you would know what happened, you would understand what do other seminarians would feel... if only you would know what was our situation that time, you would know what we are saying, but thanks for the comment bro..
  • @exsem we all have our own crosses brod... our fucked up dreams and ambitions to become a man in cloak can be one of them... point is we need to get over it and not be crucified to death by thinking its an opportunity lost. the world is big and we have a lot of options to make ourselves richer... spiritually and materially. consider your experience at the seminary as a rite of passage where you have learned the right values that makes you invulnerable to face the la vida loca. it doesn't matter if your superiors made you get out... in the end... they may be just one of the instruments for the auspicious opportunities ahead of you. just cherish the moment you've lived behind the seminary walls, the friendship and learning and loving experience. nobody can take that away from you. j e t h e r n a n d e z @ y a h o o. c o m
