Avinash Bhosale'S Encroachment over Proposed Baner-Pashan Dp Road!!! (Pune)

Its name should be encroachment palace as this is built on a land which was supposed to be road. But since this encroachment was not by a rich and influential person, road and bridge plans have been stalled. Rich people get anything done in PMC.

Recently this rascl was arrested by DRI for but his political connections made sure that he was let off overnight by mumbai police without knowledge of DRI.

He purchases highly expensive cars through his hotel and avoids paying high taxes.

Has made tonnes of unaccounted money and distributed it to politicians and bueraucrats who protect him and help him make more money ... we are not talking of corruption of few hundres lakhs of rupees .. but of few hundred crores of rupees.

A PIL should be filed in Bombay High court (yes, it is not named Mumabi High Court yet) asking for inquiry into the conduct of the night magistrate and his dismissal. Surely he would have taken a huge bribe. This haram khor builder and his lawyer should also be arrested for giving bribes.

It is a pity that this dick head uses and tarnishe the Bhosale surname. He should use his real surname >>>>>>>>>>Bahain C+++

people are just so lealous of the success that MR Bhosale has got. They cannot acheive anything themselves so they are frustrated in life and have no better things but go on websites and keep doing all these things. They I think are the biggest LOOSERS in life and will never get anywhere in their life. Its such a pitty and a shame that they can never appreciate anybodys success.

Why are you trying so hard to delete this place from Wikimapia? Let everyone know that Avinash Bhosle's palace has been constructed on a proposed and crucial DP road which was to connect Baner and Pashan. A large section of this proposed road falls within the compound walls of AB's palace which is "UNAUTHORISED" and is "ILLEGAL". He does not own the portion of the land which has been earmarked for the DP road and it is the right of all citizens residing in surrounding areas to know about this as they are the ones who regularly and honestly pay their taxes and they should get what they rightfully deserve. If AB has dared to construct his palace over a proposed road inspite of being aware that this road would facilitate easier access for thousands of citizens, then he should also be courageous enough to face the wrath of the public who have been directly affected by this "blaring Encroachment". You may try as much as you wish, but we won't let you delete this place from Wikimapia. This page will continue to be commented on by citizens till it attracts enough media attention and some action is taken. Instead of trying to delete this place why don't you try and answer some of the valid questions that have been raised here related to AB's palace? Citizens want the DP Road to be constructed and it has to pass through AB's palace as illustrated in the DP Plan for Baner. Do you disagree with this?
