Complex of buildings and bungalows with a total capacity of 70 seats, some rooms have private bathrooms and toilets, the rest with internal shared bathrooms and toilets, local heating, tourist canteen, restaurant, buffet, satellite TV, internet, hall, ski slope, landscaped area.
The hut is a point of the European hiking route E3 (Kom - Emine).
