The Zamindar of this area used to live here, it had a local courtroom too. The surrounding place is called Zmindar Tola as its has mostly the progenies/blood relatives of Zamindar. The Last Zamindar was Mahinder Nath Singh, who live in this house. Now his grand daughter Smt. Sulekha Rani owns this house.
