  • Here a lot of higher level management know how to play tai chi.... when problem come, play tai chi and push all the problem to the lower staff. What a good way to prevent being shoot by bosses. Very government like isn't it? The above reason caused the the entire thing to fail miserably. This reason alone led to others, like the failure to explain convincingly and clearly. Since they are already a lousy management, obvious they cannot make any commitments or any decisions, so what is the point of that? Might as well doing their routine jobs as usual, with same attitude, called for daily meeting ( such a waste of time and company money actually !! )and keep passing the buck around until it smells of rotting flesh. This is is our honest opinion on how things transpired. Thank you for reading and any objective input is very much welcomed.We're more comfortable sitting here at our leisure time writing about these issues. Nevertheless, lets pause for a moment and try to think, if we're sharing it here openly and the fact that Toray management had sent a special team investigate did not amount to anything...hmmmm ( Pin drop silence?) It's not too late, if they did had the courtesy, we would have expressed our gratitude very openly here.
