  I am very disappointed with your telephone response,have been on the phone for the last 20 minutes phone just keeps on ringing, I did manage to get through to you someone at B& Q picked up the phone and then replaced the receiver if this is the way you answer the phone to your customers who have a genuine query about a goods ie shower unit and all the accessores plus tiles total amount £924.28 already paid.all I wanted to know is when I will be receiving the shower unit,as I have no showing facilities and I have a disabled husband,I feel very angry,I will not be dealing with you again, you have lost my custom. ordered on the 23.10.08 order no.34281826 customer no.21230404
